Helpful hint for other women bicyclists: Dress appropriately with the weather and fuel before and after Rides, bring snacks and plenty of water, you will need it. Enjoy the sounds of nature while you ride, headphones are distracting and can cause unwanted accidents.
Why you bicycle: Mainly to stay active and I love endurance. I have been a long distance runner since grade school, and biked as a child here and there with my siblings and friends. I started riding long distances when my mother in law to be started her training for the Pan Mass Challenge 7 years ago, I started training with her and have been hooked ever since.
