Brent Bell is a SABR board member. He coordinates a local SABR group in Durham (Bike Durham). Brent is currently a faculty member at the University of New Hampshire. He was a past program director for The Biking Expedition, a cycling adventure program for teenagers. Brent most often rides with his wife on a tandem. Together they are involved in hosting tandem events (ETR) and cycling with the New England Wicked Tandem Society (NEWTS).
Andy Richmond was a founding member of SABR in 1992 and returned in 2012 after a board hiatus, but never a lapse in cycling. He lives in Portsmouth, works as Director of the Rye Public Library and currently serves as board secretary. Andy is a father of two, and is a Seacoast Velo Kids coach. He works with SABR to help ensure his daughters’ generation finds continued cycling and pedestrian access in the region. Andy rides on and off road, and everything in between. He has been known to load the panniers (and attach the tag-a-long bike) for tours in New England and several international locales.
