The Tri-State Trek, a dynamic weekend biking event dedicated to advancing ALS research.
The 2026 Tri-State Trek will take place June 26–28, 2026, based in Durham, New Hampshire, with fully supported routes traveling through New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine.
The Trek brings together cyclists from across the region for an inspiring weekend ride to raise critical funds for ALS research.
ALS TDI is one of the few nonprofit research institutes in the world dedicated solely to ALS. Events like the Tri-State Trek directly support this research and help move promising therapies forward as quickly as possible.
