About the event

2024 Portsmouth Slow Roll: "A Tour of Bike Lanes" Saturday April 6th starting at 9:30am from the Portsmouth Public Library

Join SABR for a slow seven mile tour of Portsmouth's bike lanes, on-street sharrows, and multi-use paths!

As the city prepares to update their 2014 Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan let's see what progress has been made toward creating safer routes and discuss where improvements are needed. We'll ride through downtown streets to see existing and proposed on-road lanes, then out to a trailhead for the new NH Seacoast Greenway before returning downtown. Ride route is here.

Please use the RSVP link below to sign the digital waiver. Each participant must RSVP/sign the waiver before the ride. One RSVP per rider please.

The ride ends at the Gundalow Company office near Prescott Park where riders are invited to stay to discuss advocacy priorities for 2024. If you miss the ride you can still join this meeting around 11am at the Gundalow office, 60 Marcy Street. This is a critical year for bike planning, and our voices are stronger together!

The ride is free; we ask that all participants come with their bike in good functioning order and their helmet. Please click on RSVP to sign the waiver.
