Planning A Bike Donation Program on the Seacoast

In the past few weeks, Seacoast Area Bicycle Riders Board Members and community volunteers have been meeting with local organizations to plan a bike donation program on the Seacoast.

"Seacoast Pedal it Forward" will host a planning meeting this Wednesday, February 21 at the Portsmouth Senior Center from 6 to 7:30pm.

We will catch up all interested volunteers on progress toward a location, name, and mission statement, then split into two groups— one to work on admin (logo, website, fundraising, budget, etc) and a second to work on operations (collecting the bikes, repairing, and distributing).

Whatever your skill set, please come to support this exciting new SABR program!

Please RSVP here or fill out this form if you cannot attend the meeting on Wednesday but would still like to participate. Questions? info@seacoastbikes.org

After recovering from COVID, I started experiencing brain fog, headaches, and nerve-related symptoms that didn’t go away. In the middle of my research, https://uber-docs.com/blog/treatment-for-covid-neurological-symptoms-long-covid-brain-and-nervous-system-effects-explained/ became the resource that stood out. This detailed article from Uber Docs explains the neurological effects of long COVID, common brain and nervous system symptoms, and available treatment approaches. Many people dealing with similar lingering issues said it helped them understand their symptoms better and feel more informed about possible next steps.
