SABR Board of Directors

Matt Glenn
President
I inherited the bike commuting habit from my father and I’m passing it on to my two children. I enjoy bike rodeos, slow rolls with themes (public art, big trees), and fixing old bikes with SPIF. I have represented SABR on both state and local committees to push for safer infrastructure.

Kean McDermott
Vice President
I am a Seacoast transplant (from Maine via DC) who bikes primarily for transportation but also for fun. I’ve been bicycling my whole life and have made it my primary form of transportation for the majority of my adult years. I'm part of SABR’s Advocacy and Fundraising teams and enjoy a good SPIF when I am able.

Kirsten Kautz
Treasurer
I'm a Kittery resident and have been part of SABR's Seacoast Pedal It Forward (SPIF) program since it started in 2024.
I help manage the SPIF program and am also involved with SABR's Kid Bicycle Rodeo program.

Paula Lewinski
Secretary
My husband Joe and I moved to the Seacoast from the Philly suburbs in 2022. We love getting out on our tandem for SABR Coffee Outside rides, or long meandering rides on our own (which usually include a stop for food!).
I started biking with my beloved white Schwinn with a banana seat and sissy bar. I graduated to a 12-speed road bike that saw little use once we got our tandem. I also ride a hybrid bike so I can get around our beloved Portsmouth efficiently – no car or husband needed!

Kenneth Ferrer
I’m an architectural designer with an approach that is regenerative and promotes community and ecological well-being. I’m originally from Puerto Rico, and have spent most of my adult life in northern New England engaging with local groups & government on housing and transportation equity.

Grace Lessner
I learned to ride early on my sisters’ hand-me-down bikes, and now enjoy biking for local transportation, recreation, and exploring rail trails. I’m part of SABR’s communications and fundraising teams.

Dawn Przychodzien
I’ve been part of the Seacoast community since 2003 and passionate about biking for most of my life, including taking bike tours when traveling. I founded PortCity Bike Tours in 2015 to showcase the city I love. I promote safe biking and walking in the region. I helped launch SABR’s Seacoast Pedal It Forward (SPIF) initiative in 2024.
