How to get a bike:

Appointments will be available starting on April 16th.
 
1. Get a Voucher Here   
Fill out the form and get it signed by a social agency agency that knows you, for example; the Cross Roads, Portsmouth Housing Authority, DHS, etc. Bring the form to your appointment.

2. Make Appointment    
Appointments are on Mondays between 5 and 6 pm.

If you need to cancel an appointment. Tell us as soon as you know. If you miss 2 appointments without informing us, you will lose eligibility.

3. Get a Bike At your appointment time, come to the parking lot behind Port City Maker's Space. Don’t forget your voucher. We will give you a lock, light, and helmet, if available.
 
The bikes are used, and given out “as is,” without warranty or guarantee. You are responsible safe riding and for maintenance.
